Licenses
We are a licensed South Carolina Residential Builder, and we are a certified installer of the sealoflex, hydrostop, and uniflex elastomeric Roof Coating System. We are also able to acquire permits for commercial roofs, and we also perform our services on larger "residential" structures such as churches, parks, and so on.
Warranties
We get our metal locally from two suppliers - Lowcountry Metal Roofing located in Moncks Corner, and CMP Metals located in Ladson, SC. Both distributers are licensed and trusted by our company. Along with the manufacturer's 40 year warranty on the metal roofs, we give a 5 year warranty on our workmanship and on leaks. This includes damage recieved from severe storms, fallen trees, or other natural disasters within our five year warranty.
